Responsibilities
Independently manage projects with supporting staff
Manage assigned tasks
Effectively manage project budget throughout all phases of the project
Develop project scope and pricing for proposal preparation
Prepare monthly invoicing and assist in AR follow up
Mentor and train Associates supporting project work
Perform tasks associated with project deliverables, including but not limited to the following: writing code reports outlining the compliance approach for the project; perform code reviews of project plans for compliance with applicable codes; preform on-site inspections; conduct performance-based designs; conduct hazardous material/laboratory analyses; conduct special inspections of smoke control, firestopping, and fireproofing; etc
Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the engineering or architecture disciplines required
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection and Life Safety
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong written communication skill
Preferred
Engineering in Training (EIT) Certification and/or Professional Engineer's License (P.E.) preferred
Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Suite encouraged
Experience with CONTAM, Pyrosim, FDS, and/or PathFinder desirable
