Bozeman Health is seeking an Acute Care Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to provide health care services by assisting in diagnosis or treatment. The role involves performing CT procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by licensed practitioners, and ensuring quality control and maintenance of the CT scanner.

Responsibilities

Performs CT exams and procedures for NICU, CCU, ED and other hospital departments as requested by the medical staff

Assists the Radiologist and other medical staff during exams and procedures

Performs ancillary duties as required to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures

Completes documentation, in designated area, of all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams

Retrieves written orders and related health information to ensure the timely performance and reporting of exams and procedures

Participates in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the quality indicators as described in the strategic plan

Works independently in a highly complex, acute care inpatient setting
