HumLog is a fintech company seeking a Senior Accounting Advisor to manage end-to-end client relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves overseeing client onboarding, supervising bookkeeping, managing tax registrations, and providing financial analysis to improve client performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end client onboarding by guiding system setup and reviewing information gathered by junior team members

Supervise and review periodic bookkeeping performed by junior advisors ensuring accurate and timely financial records

Lead client communication including regular check-ins and meetings to address ongoing needs and strategic inputs

Manage VAT and Corporate Tax registrations ensure timely filings and monitor regulatory compliance for assigned clients

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements ensuring quality and completeness before delivery

Analyse financial data identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve client performance and compliance

Assign tasks and review the work of junior team members ensuring adherence to internal SOPs and deadlines

Collaborate closely with Team Leads Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent value and maintain 100 percent client satisfaction

Manage and monitor client finance systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency across bookkeeping tools and processes

Required

Minimum 3 years of hands-on offshore accounting experience

Strong understanding of accounting principles with proven experience in managing finance and accounting functions

Proficient in preparing analyzing and interpreting financial statements for decision-making

Skilled in using accounting software such as Xero QuickBooks or Zoho Books

High attention to detail with a consistent track record of meeting tight deadlines

Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experience

Proactive in adopting and testing new technologies and innovations in the accounting field

Completed Professional Courses: CA ACCA CPA CMA ACA qualifications are preferable
