As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop branding strategies and execute AI-informed marketing campaigns targeting private equity executives and partners.

Responsibilities

Use SignalMate AI to draft, refine, and personalize email campaigns, marketing content, and social media posts: Leverage AI-generated suggestions for messaging, captions, and content tailored to target audiences, including webinar registrants, light and full executive members, and prospective participants

Manage content planning and weekly social media calendar: Create posts using Canva, generate captions via SignalMate, and schedule uploads through MetaSuite Business and Buffer. Maintain alignment with overall marketing goals and ensure timely publication

Coordinate and promote virtual events using AI-driven automation: Draft and send outreach emails, follow-ups, and reminders for webinars and conferences. Collaborate with HR and PBD teams to track registrations and improve engagement

Maintain and update website content using WordPress: Update articles, conference materials, brand logos, and other relevant content

Track and analyze marketing performance: Monitor metrics for social media posts, webinars, and email campaigns. Summarize engagement data (likes, comments, attendee counts) and provide insights for continuous improvement

Edit and package webinar and conference recordings: Ensure strong narrative flow, accurate timestamps, and alignment with BlackmoreConnects branding for future use

Communicate directly with executives and private equity firms: Engage via email and video calls for webinar outreach, event registration, and marketing initiatives. Personalize messaging and maintain professional correspondence

Assist with CRM data accuracy and campaign tracking: Use Infusionsoft and SignalMate analytics where applicable to ensure contact information is up to date and email campaign performance is tracked
