Responsibilities
Install and adjust door hardware (knobs, locks, hinges, etc.)
Touch up paint and complete minor drywall and trim repairs
Install bathroom hardware such as towel bars, toilet paper holders, and shower rods
Perform minor caulking in kitchens, bathrooms, and baseboards
Move and stock materials as needed on the job site
Support general job site cleanliness and debris removal
Work from punch lists to complete unit finishing tasks efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with the construction and management teams to meet unit turnover deadlines
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in finish carpentry, punch work, or apartment make-ready (new construction experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of basic tools and finishing techniques
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in active construction environments
Ability to follow punch lists and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
