Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies
Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
Develop and implement system solutions
Identify and remove project impediments
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship)
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience with systems analysis and design
Ability to create and manage project documentation
Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with systems integration processes
Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
Certification in Scrum or agile practices (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
Proficiency in scripting or automation tools
