The Senior Manager Quality is responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the quality of a product(s) from the design process to end of life, managing a team of Quality Engineers and Auditors to drive product lifecycle success.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage lean quality operating systems (Built In Quality) and processes for assigned product lines and value streams that ensure production of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements, integrating advanced quality tools, product and process knowledge, and best practices
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for escalations, customer complaints, product, or process non-conformances, applying advanced problem-solving techniques such as Six Sigma, Shainin, and reliability engineering principles
Oversee quality planning and launch for new product introductions (NPI), product transfers, and engineering changes to ensure quality requirements are integrated from design to end of life, supporting APQP and cross-functional engagement
Drive Product Lifecycle TCOPQ and performance KPIs (including FTQ, Scrap, Rework, and Warranty) through hands-on leadership, cross-functional problem-solving, and proactive issue resolution
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in product quality, quality engineering, or related roles in durable manufacturing, including leadership of Quality teams and advanced expertise in NPI/APQP, supplier quality, and problem-solving methods (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Shainin)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related
ASQ certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
