Responsibilities

Responsible for building ByteDance's global infrastructure digital platform, and undertaking backend development for business operation systems in procurement, delivery, planning, asset management, IDC (Internet Data Center) operation and maintenance, cost management, etc
Execute full cycle development, including requirement analysis, solution design, technical feasibility studies, code implementation, and unit testing
Timely respond to and resolve critical live issues or production emergencies

Required

Final year or recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Passionate about programming with solid coding capabilities and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
Proficient in one or multiple programming languages, e.g. Java, Go, C/C++, etc

Preferred

Experienced in the use and optimization of MySQL and Redis, with solid knowledge of Linux systems, TCP/UDP, HTTP protocols, etc. Candidates who take the initiative to understand the source code implementations of mainstream frameworks will be preferred
Exceptional learning agility, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
