Responsibilities
Working with the design team to select appropriate materials and systems for various project types including commercial, healthcare, aviation, education and data centers
Writing project specifications from Corgan master specifications and compiling project manuals
Assisting design team with technical guidance during construction contract administration
Product research and evaluation
Technical design assistance
Construction contract administration support of design studio staff
Mentoring of design studio technical staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
8-10 years of experience in the design & construction industry
3 years Specifications Writer experience
Preferred
Experience in one or more of our market sectors (commercial, healthcare, aviation, education, data centers, and interiors) highly preferred
Licensed architect, CSI CCS, or CSI CCCA preferred
