Communicating directly with customers via email and phone
Updating our registration system with new locations and classes
Maintaining back office software
Communicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendar
Invoicing and Collections
Maintaining the office
Coaching at multiple of your own assigned locations
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective organizational/administrative skills
Ability to pass a Federal and State background check and FBI fingerprinting
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots
Computer/application skills (Microsoft Office, MacOS, Google Suite)
Preferred
Some secondary education
Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems
Previous experience with the sport of soccer
Experience in early education development
Document/graphic design experience
