Responsibilities

Drafting credit facilities, depositary accounts agreements, letters of credit and performance and payments bond

Familiarity with balance of plant agreements, supply agreements and offtake and tolling agreements

Experience drafting and closing security documents, NY-law legal opinions, direct agreements/consents to collateral assignments and reliance letters

Drafting due diligence reports and preparing bankability analysis on project documents

Required

2-3 years of experience in project finance (lender or borrower side)

Familiarity with LSTA Credit Agreements, New York law-governed Security Documents and Project Documents (i.e., EPC Contracts, Offtake Agreements, Supply Agreements and Reliance Letters)

Entrepreneurial and team player

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong academic credentials

Candidate must reside and be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in New York, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Austin or Washington, DC

Preferred

Large regional, national, or international law firm experience
