Benedictine is seeking a Recruiter/Scheduler to manage the campus recruitment and selection process for all associates. The role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, managing background checks, and assisting with onboarding and benefits enrollment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media

Lead and conduct campus interviews for all associates as assigned across all classifications

Manage employment background checks and ensures compliance of required documentation

Prepare and maintain offer letters and associate files

Run and maintain reports on employment statistics, including turnover, retention, and engagement

File papers and documents into appropriate associate files; performs paper and system audits as necessary

Assist with new-hire orientations

Process new-hire, forms and set-up into system

Assist associates in initial benefits enrollment

Distribute all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility

Assist in administration of campus tuition and bonus programs
