Maintenance Coordinator

They are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of the property's facilities functions, manage work order requests, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Receives, manages, and processes work order requests
Ensures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Acts as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractors
Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed
Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the property
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum two years of related experience required
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
