Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology (AT) Team. The successful candidate will develop and execute Material Program Strategies and Plans, ensuring flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure while acting as a liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans

Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process

Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs)

Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)

Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes

Generating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests

Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management

Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
