Responsibilities

Assist engineers in development of detailed simulation environments, computer vision, real-time embedded software, and working prototypes for autonomous applications
Perform engineering analysis on visual odometry, object detection/recognition, and segmentation
Work with embedded hardware and software to create prototypes for evaluation
Review research literature and develop solutions to applicable problems

Required

Senior or Master's level in robotics, computer science, aerospace, mechanical, or other degrees with background in autonomous vehicles, perception solutions, navigation, and sensor fusion
Experience with computer vision, including object detection and recognition, and image segmentation
Experience with Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python, Linux and Windows
Familiarity with simulation environments: ex. Isaac Sim, Unity, UnReal Engine
Familiarity with Kalman Filters (EKF, UKF), particle filters, factor graph filter, etc
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
