Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand business needs and craft tailored technical solutions
Design and implement integrations between customer systems using APIs, RPA, and other technologies
Extract, transform, and analyze data to power demos, reporting, and decision-making
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data security and compliance
Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and solution optimization
Document system configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting guides

Required

Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or Python (one or more)
Strong grasp of database architecture (data modeling, query optimization, warehousing)
Knowledge of PDM/PLM/ERP systems a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and work across technical and business teams

Preferred

Startup experience
Manufacturing SaaS / Industrial tech background
Leadership in technical projects or mentoring
