Responsibilities

Supervise, investigate, and resolve all outstanding patient and/or insurance account balances over 30 days old
Supervise the Collection Representatives
Provide training as needed
Report on quality assurance, production, and attendance
Act as a back up to other CBO Team Lead positions as directed by the Management Team
Use multiple computer systems and electronic payer systems on a daily basis
Facilitate process and procedure improvements
May have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role

Supervisory experienceHealthcare experienceData entry experienceExcel proficiencyMath skillsPC experienceCommunication skillsPositive attitude

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required
One year data entry experience required
Ability to read and write proficiently
Good math skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous background of working in a healthcare related field for at least one year required
PC experience required with working knowledge of Excel and Word applications
Ability to demonstrate proficiency with other computer software
Demonstrated positive attitude and acceptance of Baptist Health values

Preferred

College degree or technical certification is preferred
One year supervisor or team lead experience preferred
