Stewardship Intern
Coalition Life is the nation’s largest professional pro-life sidewalk counseling organization, and they are seeking a Stewardship Intern. This paid internship provides an opportunity to develop professional skills in donor relations, fundraising operations, and event coordination while supporting women and protecting preborn babies.

Responsibilities
Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life
Work 10–29 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Assist with drafting and sending timely donor acknowledgments and stewardship letters
Support donor recognition efforts, including preparing impact reports, thank-you calls, and special updates
Help coordinate small donor engagement opportunities and events
Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce, including data entry, gift processing, and reporting
Generate regular reports for the Director of Stewardship
Conduct prospect research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and funders
Support grant tracking, reporting deadlines, and file management
Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals
Assist with sponsorship deliverables, recognition efforts, and post-event follow-ups
Qualification
Required
No prior experience required; full training provided
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Mission-driven, prayerful, and compassionate
Friendly, professional, and collaborative in a team environment
