Charity Care Group The Foundation is seeking an INTERN-Grant Manager Assistant to support their grant management efforts. The role involves managing compliance and reporting requirements, assisting in grant proposals, and conducting research for funding opportunities.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end compliance and reporting requirements for OAHMP, ensuring adherence to HUD and organizational standards
Assist in preparing and submitting grant proposals and applications
Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and opportunities
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on grant objectives
Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance grant management skills
Communicate with grantors to clarify requirements and expectations
Support the development of strategic plans for grant acquisition
Maintain accurate records of grant applications and funding received
Monitor grant compliance and report on progress to stakeholders
Assist in the evaluation of grant outcomes and impact
Track and analyze grant performance metrics to inform future strategies
Support the development of grant budgets and financial reports
Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
