Responsibilities
Own manufacturing performance across multiple global partners
Visit facilities regularly to troubleshoot, tune, and elevate
Spot issues before they scale, then solve them for good
Improve throughput, reduce costs, and raise quality
Lead automation implementation and scaling across factories
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and ops to get end-to-end wins
Turn messy data into clean insight and action
Be the go-to problem-solver across geographies, time zones, and teams
Qualification
Required
A degree in mechanical engineering
Hands-on factory experience, at least 5 years
A sharp analytical mindset, with a bias toward practical action
Experience leading automation projects or working with robotic systems
Familiarity with root-cause investigations and quality resolution
Excellent collaboration skills across functions and cultures
A love for digging into problems until they disappear
A valid authorization to work in the United States
