Responsibilities
Embed yourself into the client workflow to identify problems and opportunities
Build the team of forward deployed engineers
Develop solutions using Rebolt to automate phone calls, email, and messaging systems
Lead technical implementations and ensure smooth integration with customer systems and data sources
Build custom integrations connecting our platform to freight management systems, CRMs, and databases
Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing optimization
Collaborate with engineering to feed customer insights back into product development
Qualification
Required
Have engineering background with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
You're proficient in Python and Typescript
Have experience with APIs & integrations including REST, GraphQL, OAuth, and JWT
Can translate complex technical concepts into clear language for customers and stakeholders
Have a customer-centric mindset
Preferred
Are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, evolving tech environments
Have worked with AI solving company problems
Can diagnose technical issues a ship fixes quickly
