Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted strategic advisor to build high performing teams

Develop and drive HR strategies and programs aligned with business goals

Build a performance-driven culture through consistent performance management, coaching, and counseling initiatives

Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities

Provide expertise and support in the areas of talent planning, organizational development, performance management, employee relations

Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven areas for improvement

Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in human resources

Participate in and lead special projects as a key member of the people leadership team

Review, interpret, administer, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures
