Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT, DevOps, SecOps, and Software Development teams to continuously enhance our network infrastructure and cloud security posture
Conduct customer network integrations, testing, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring efficient, secure, and standardized processes
Engage directly with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer and network support
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across cloud and on-prem environments
Drive automation initiatives and contribute to strategic planning and project management

Required

4+ years of hands-on network engineering/administration, with a recent focus on cloud networking (Azure preferred)
3+ years designing, deploying, and supporting cloud network services (Azure preferred), including VNets, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, NSGs, etc
2+ years of relevant experience with a cloud-based security service edge(SASE) platform in enterprise environments. Zscaler experience is highly desirable(ZIA, ZPA, etc)
Demonstrated experience configuring and managing Cisco Meraki and/or Palo Alto firewall solutions
Proven ability to connect, secure, and optimize multi-cloud and hybrid network environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and cross-team collaboration
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to automate and manage Azure and hybrid network environments
Ability to write, maintain, and troubleshoot Terraform code for deploying cloud networking and security resources

Preferred

Able to work individually or collaboratively as a group
Strong communication and written skills. Able to be direct
Experience with Cohesive VNS3 is a significant plus
Experience with automation/scripting for network operations (Azure PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Python, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud-native security concepts and tools
Project management and process improvement experience
Familiarity with DevOps practices and ways of working
