They are seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst who will conduct advanced analysis of data to generate insights, maintain databases, and mentor other analysts in their methodologies.

Responsibilities

Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis

Developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets

Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps

Employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints

Applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies

Mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA

Required

TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph

6 years of experience (no degree) OR AA degree + 4 years OR B.A. degree + 2 years for Level 1

9 years experience (no degree) OR AA + 7 years OR B.A. + 5 years OR Masters + 3 years OR PhD + 2 years for Level 2

12 years experience (no degree) OR AA + 10 years OR B.A. + 8 years OR Masters + 6 years OR PhD + 4 years for Level 3

15 years experience (no degree) OR AA + 13 years OR B.A. + 11 years OR Masters + 9 years OR PhD + 7 years for Level 4

Knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies

Recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate proficiency level

Preferred

Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course
