Execute the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including candidate research, engagement, qualification, presentation, advisory, and placement
Build diverse and high-caliber talent pipelines through strategic outreach, research, and networking
Collaborate with leadership on market intelligence initiatives, client strategy, and retained search execution
Develop deep knowledge of the semiconductor and technology industries to build lasting intellectual capital
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships
