Responsibilities
Lead coverage for Workday Finance (FINS) modules (not HCM)
Collaborate with the existing team to support multiple integrated systems
Participate in KT sessions prior to the resource’s leave to ensure a smooth handover
Provide consistent oversight and execution during staggered leave coverage
Act as a reliable partner for business leaders, providing timely updates and solutions
Manage both day-to-day operational tasks and broader strategic initiatives within Workday Finance
Qualification
Required
4+ years exp - Workday Financial Module Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with Workday Finance (FINS) modules
Adaptability: Ability to step into a complex environment and quickly ramp up
Collaboration: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful, capable of resolving issues independently
Leadership Presence: Comfort in a high-visibility role with executive-level exposure
Willing to go onsite in New York (Manhattan)
