Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales performance
Lead and motivate a team of employees through effective training and development programs
Manage employee orientation, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to build a strong team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping
Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize shrinkage
Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and develop strategies for pricing and promotions
Foster a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly
Conduct regular performance evaluations to support employee growth and development
Collaborate with upper management on budgeting, purchasing decisions, and marketing initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's image

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in training & development as well as administrative functions within a retail environment
