Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within satellite internet and private network sectors
Support the development of tailored product strategies for new verticals such as Energy, Utilities, Aviation, Maritime, IoT, and Technology to expand market presence and attract new customers
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure consistency and quality across all external-facing materials, events, and digital assets
Support ongoing business development efforts to grow the commercial pipeline in new and existing markets
Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts to provide actionable insights that drive commercial growth and operational efficiency
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform the continuous improvement of products and services

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience in the satellite communications, telecommunications, or aerospace industries
Technical background in engineering, physics, or a related scientific field
Experience in product management, growth strategy, business development or commercial operations
Strong business acumen with excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
Proven project management abilities with a track record of executing complex initiatives
Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and visualization tools
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, Or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
