Responsibilities

Conduct detailed regional, industry and company fundamental analysis for industries within the Technology Sector

Identify primary and secondary investment opportunities and make investment recommendations to portfolio managers across various mandates, including investment grade, high yield, leveraged loans and alternatives

Support ideas with rigorous analysis and publication of detailed investment recommendations

Build and maintain industry and company financial models

Communicate and develop relationships with issuer management teams, sell-side professionals, legal and restructuring professionals, and private equity sponsors

Analyze and help develop credit documents such as loan agreements, amendments, and security agreements

Required

5 -15 years of credit analysis experience covering fundamental industry trends and companies within the Technology Sector

Excellent quantitative, qualitative and investment management skills

Experience analyzing credits across the credit spectrum (IG, HY and loans)

BA/BS degree required

Preferred

Some buy-side experience working in a team-oriented environment is preferred

MBA degree, CFA designation viewed positively, but not required
