They are seeking motivated Production Associates to join their state-of-the-art freeze drying facility in Allentown, PA, where the role involves ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality, fresh, human-grade pet food.

Responsibilities

Prioritize individual safety, product quality, and food safety and report any behavior or occurrence that may impact these

Support operation of freeze dryers, including, filling, loading, and unloading trays and sanitizing equipment

Operate basic plant equipment (i.e. dishwashers, boxers, taper and hand trucks) according to specifications

Demonstrate high degree of ownership for product quality and food safety through accurate records of QC checks, production reports, inventory

Assist maintenance team in equipment troubleshooting and performing total productive maintenance tasks

Identify and document root causes, and take corrective actions to solve problems

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
