RN PM Supervisor 11pm-7am
The Alden Network is a healthcare facility seeking a RN PM Supervisor to oversee operations during the PM shift. This role involves ensuring adherence to facility policies and maintaining quality of care while supervising nursing staff and addressing immediate concerns.

Responsibilities
Handle walk in visitors requesting a facility tour
Make facility rounds on each floor and lower level
Check outside grounds for cleanliness
Notify appropriate Department Heads regarding immediate concerns, communicate all other concerns to the Administrator
Report any incident regarding resident quality of care and equipment/building emergencies to the Administrator
May initiate discipline, to be reviewed by appropriate Department Head/ Administrator, after investigating situation
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois and/or Wisconsin
Minimum of one (1) year nursing service administration experience
Must possess current CPR certificate
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work harmoniously with personnel
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of the position can be fully met
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, visitors, personnel, and support agencies
Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability
Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, young, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people
May be required to lift, push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, etc., throughout the day
Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc. including exposure to the (HIV) Aids and Hepatitis B viruses
