Responsibilities

Define and guide Phantom's core brand strategy, including positioning, architecture, and key narratives
Develop and execute world-class brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Phantom, ensuring creative excellence and strategic alignment
Craft compelling creative briefs grounded in insights, data, and audience understanding to guide high-impact storytelling and activations
Manage external agencies and creative partners to produce campaigns and brand activations that set Phantom apart in the crypto space and beyond
Monitor and analyze cultural, industry, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for Phantom to engage authentically and meaningfully with key audiences
Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials, activations, and partnerships
Leverage data and insights to measure brand marketing effectiveness, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement

Required

8+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related field, ideally within fintech, crypto, or consumer tech
Proven track record of developing and launching successful brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
Deep understanding of cultural trends, audience behaviors, and the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategies
Experience working cross-functionally and managing external agencies to bring creative visions to life
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively
Passion for crypto, web3, and the future of decentralized finance (or a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space)
