Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts resulting in $10M+ annually in sales. Develop and manage both existing and new client relationships nationwide

Lead the analytics team to ensure the quality and value of services delivered to clients

Collaborate with leadership to establish market strategy and future direction for the Data and AI Practice

Stay informed about industry trends and competition to aggressively grow the practice, create asset-based solutions, and develop differentiated thought leadership that sparks discussion

Participate in industry conferences and speaking engagements to enhance personal and firm reputation

Required

Bachelor's degree required

15+ years of progressive experience in consulting and/or healthcare analytics, ideally serving providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals)

Proficiency with cloud-based technologies, statistical and machine learning techniques, analytical programming languages, analytical libraries, and business intelligence tools

Natural leadership abilities, executive credibility, and the capacity to quickly build client trust

Demonstrated skills in collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing

Genuine passion for and commitment to transforming healthcare delivery

Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character – demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior
