Architectural Engineering Technology Adjunct
Virginia's Community College System is a two-year public institution of higher education located in the Greater Richmond metropolitan area. They are seeking part-time adjunct faculty members to teach courses related to architectural engineering technology, focusing on materials and methods of construction and CAD software applications.

Responsibilities
Teach all aspects of properties of construction materials and related testing procedures for technicians
Teach all aspects of CAD software as applied to residential and commercial buildings
Both broad content areas involve classroom and laboratory instruction
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
Two years of related work experience
Ability to use instructional technologies
Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills
Successful completion and passing of a criminal background check is required
Preferred
Materials testing certification
Autodesk Certified User
