They are seeking an Asset Management Intern to support their Asset Management function across the U.S. retail platform, working on project-based assignments involving corporate account reconciliation and collaboration with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a summer long project consisting of reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties

Assist Asset Management team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders in our Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams

Assist with account analysis, reconciliations and reporting of tenant and/or property accounts

Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Currently enrolled in College or University with graduation between Dec 2026 & May 2027 focusing in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Real Estate

Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment
