Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Process same-day and future reservations using proper rate structures and discount policies

Respond to inquiries regarding hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, and more

Accommodate special requests and assist guests with any room or service concerns

Cancel or modify reservations per hotel policies

Maintain awareness of hotel operations and procedures to guide and inform guests

Support Bell Staff, Communications, or Reservations as needed during high volume or absence

Re-key guest rooms as necessary and maintain inventory of keys

Verify guest registration cards and ensure accuracy in all records
