Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales incentive plans that align with company goals and drive desired sales behaviors
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure incentive plans support strategic objectives and business growth
Oversee the administration of sales incentive plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payouts
Monitor and analyze plan effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of incentive plans
Coordinate with business unit teams to understand the unique aspects of semiconductor hardware and SaaS platforms and tailor incentive plans accordingly
Conduct regular performance analysis to assess the impact of incentive plans on sales performance
Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management on plan effectiveness and ROI
Ensure all incentive plans comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in sales incentives, incorporating them into our programs
Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to ensure understanding and engagement with incentive plans
Communicate plan details and updates clearly and effectively to all stakeholders
Manage the budget for sales incentive programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals
Understand the latest system and tool for SIP management and leverage the tools to automate incentive tracking and reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience
OR Associate's degree and 11+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience
OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
11+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience in a high-tech product company
4+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)
4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
4+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports
