Responsibilities

This position is responsible for a variety of assembly functions in preparing automotive drive-train components and any related processes including painting, welding, material handling, problem-solving and training
The assembly technician must support our 100% on time delivery goal; our 100% quality rating goal and our production standards
Ability to visually recognize the difference in parts
Ability to use hands to perform simple operations
Ability to use hand tools
Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
Ability to lift 5 – 75 lbs. on a frequent basis
Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp and pinch on a continual basis
Ability to work with oils and lubricants
Ability to read and interpret instruction sheets
Ability to operate multi-function machinery
Ability to work without without supervision
