Responsibilities
Coordinate with engineering management and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature releases
Develop modular, reusable frontend components and libraries with a focus on maintainability and scalability for a new front-end application
Work autonomously alongside senior and staff engineers to advance a greenfield project from the ground up
Implement best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and accessibility
Participate in architectural and feature planning discussions, contributing to the direction and evolution of core application functionality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with strong proficiency in Svelte or React
Proficiency with C#/.NET, as well as Javascript and Typescript, environments in order to collaborate effectively with both frontend and backend teams
Experience shipping high-quality features through CI/CD pipelines and writing reliable frontend tests
Comfortable working independently with a track record of self-directed problem solving
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-engineers
Curious, user-focused, and motivated to stay current with modern frontend practices and tools
