Responsibilities
Manages the retail floor by efficient coordination of staff to ensure client service standards are met
Identifies current and future client requirements through established rapport while maintaining strong product knowledge and market trends
Keeps merchandise orderly, in stock and secure
Maintains staff by coaching employees
Executes a sales pace that is commensurate with company goals
Regularly review inventory and minimize loss
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal and health requirements
Ensures the facility and spaces are clean and safe
Facilitates special events and classes as directed, with enthusiasm, knowledge, and keen customer service
Reports daily to the GM as to any operational issues that might need addressed
Monitor the budget in relation to staffing and inventory
Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner
Supervision and coaching of sales staff to maximize profits
Firm grasp of technology to execute accurate job function as it relates to operational, management, and Point of Sales systems
Must be able to stand for extended periods on the sales floor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Must be 21 years old or older
Preferably 3-5 years of retail management
Firm grasp of technology to execute accurate job function as it relates to operational, management, and Point of Sales systems
Must be able to stand for extended periods on the sales floor
