Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands
Possession of a life and health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one
