Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quota
Apply a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, become a trusted advisor to the prospect
Develop and nurture C level relationships to leverage in the sales process
Work effectively to facilitate sales opportunity by orchestrating internal and partner resources
Demonstrate a clear cadence of building and maintaining high quality pipeline at all times
Recognize prospect business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs; create business proposals around these needs
Work with Pre-Sales technical resources to gain complete understanding of prospect needs and customize the appropriate solution
Effectively close sales pipeline by following company’s sales methodology and processes
Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI
Adopt and daily use company’s sales productivity tools such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach and others
Provide timely and insightful feedback to product management and marketing

Required

10+ years of relevant B2B sales experience to enterprise level organizations in either a SaaS based consultative enterprise selling environment or mortgage industry and/or mortgage software experience
Ability to forge, develop and maintain productive prospect relationships at all levels of an organization
Proficient in selling at all levels in the buyer organization by building trust, acting with integrity and leading by example
Ability to develop effective account plan using a combination of face to face and phone/web presentations to drive sales with a minimum of 50% travel as well as to industry events
Skilled in articulating the value and differentiation of Optimal Blue solutions
Quick learner with strong communication and presentation skills
Well-organized, disciplined planner and implementer with sound strategic thinking and conceptual abilities/vision

Preferred

Experience prospecting and selling into enterprise level organizations with multiple buying agents
Experience and knowledge in Financial Services Industry, understanding buying practices for Mortgage Banks, Community Banks and Credit Unions
Knowledge of the mortgage industry, competitors and industry partners
Experienced in using Salesforce.com as a sales force pipeline management & automation tool
Preferred location in the geographic area of: Western United States
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
