Responsibilities

Classroom and laboratory-based teaching and research in the Engineering Technology concentrations
Advising students
Serving on various university committees
Teaching duties may include undergraduate teaching in AC/DC Electrical Circuits, Digital Electronics, Advanced Electronics, Electrical Machinery, Instrumentation and Controls, Robotics and Industrial Automation
Teaching responsibilities may include both on-site and online delivery methods

Required

B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited institution
graduate degree (M.S. minimum) in Electrical Engineering or similar
strong commitment to undergraduate engineering technology education with a strong emphasis on laboratory instruction
evidence of outstanding potential in undergraduate teaching
genuine agreement with the University's Statement of Faith and Community Covenant for life and work at LeTourneau
enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith

Preferred

experience in automation, robotics, and mechatronics
industrial experience
expertise in electrical circuits, digital devices, plant and/or factory instrumentation and controls
