Responsibilities
Perform project management of multi-disciplinary teams (including internal and external team members and subconsultants) for clients, particularly public sector clients in the southeast United States (primarily in North Carolina)
Lead projects spanning across multiple markets and geographies
Be an independent self-starter
Qualification
Required
BArch or MArch from an accredited college or university
AIA Required
15 years of related experience
Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to successfully execute a wide variety of projects
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
