This program offers hands-on experience in various areas of Corporate Accounting & Finance, including Financial Reporting and Financial Planning, over a two-year rotation.

Responsibilities

Support audits of newly acquired businesses, including inventory validation and integration of financial controls
Prepare financial reports that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and variances to support decision-making
Assist in building and updating financial forecasts and annual budgets
Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K)
Assist with audits of key financial and operational controls across various business units
Assist with physical inventories for divisions and subsidiaries
Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting

Required

Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in accounting by June 2026
Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship

Preferred

A master's degree or CPA designation
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Previous Accounting or Financial experience
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Must be highly motivated and possess excellent analytical and communication skill
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
