Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend services
Continuously improve the platform by adopting best practices and modern technologies
Identify and implement enhancements in the codebase and development processes to boost efficiency and scalability
Monitor system health, resolve performance bottlenecks, and manage bugs and technical debt
Ensure high test coverage and thoroughly test new features before deployment
Document technical implementations and architectural decisions for cross-team collaboration
Lead and contribute to backend development using microservices architecture and modern design patterns
Drive complex client-side development with a focus on performance and usability
Assist the team in achieving the project goals and meeting the project’s schedule

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience with Web technologies
3+ years of experience in NodeJS
1+ years of experience with Angular, React is an advantage
Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and backend Platformization
Experience with architecting and developing high performance systems
Experience working on large code projects, shared by multiple teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Able to work hybrid 3 days a week in office
US Citizenship is required
