Assist Manager in training, educating and mentoring new hires and junior staff
Create staffing assignments to ensure proper OR coverage for all Operating Rooms
Facilitate staff meetings and OR huddles
Communicate equipment needs/issues and/or changes to OR schedules or procedures
Perform other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience
1-2 years of OR and/or EVS experience
Must be able to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information in English
Must be able to lift 20-50lbs using appropriate lifting techniques
