Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to design and deliver key product features in line with business goals and user needs
Translate user insights, data, and feedback into actionable design solutions
Contribute to defining feature-level user experience strategy and propose improvements to enhance usability and member engagement
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate your ideas clearly and effectively
Ensure design solutions follow established brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of our visual language
Participate in design reviews, contributing and receiving thoughtful feedback to elevate the quality of work
Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices throughout the product development lifecycle
Help maintain and improve design documentation and specifications for clear handoff to engineering teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product, interaction, or UX design
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, or a related field
A portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and shipped product work, ideally within web or mobile applications
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design principles
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and creating clear, developer-friendly specifications
