Work with a cross-functional team to build features for the Databricks platform
Manage your project end-to-end, from discovery and ideation through final design prototype for engineering to implement from
Conduct research with customers to better understand their needs and improve your design

Required

Pursuing a degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
You have excellent interaction design skills with knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability
You use analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)
You have exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex topics simple and clearly communicate nuance to partners (engineers, customers, field, etc.) in both written and verbal form
You are excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team
