Staff Software Engineer, Conversion ML
Liftoff Mobile is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy. As a Software Engineer on the Conversion ML group, you will design and implement reliable, scalable ML pipelines and develop software to enhance team productivity while working with an experienced team of engineers.

Responsibilities
Design & implement reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient ML pipelines – Build and scale efficient pipelines for real-time and batch processing
Gain hands-on experience with training and serving ML models at scale
Develop software that enhances team productivity
Model Monitoring & Improvement – Track performance, detect drift, and automate retraining
Work with an experienced team of ML, Software, and Infrastructure Engineers
Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to explain statistical and machine learning concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Be part of an “engineering excellence” culture through state-of-the-art tools, risk-driven testing, explainable systems, and code review
Qualification
Required
8+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering and/or Infrastructure
B.S. or higher in Computer Science
Very strong coding ability
Experience with Machine Learning, PyTorch and PySpark
Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms
Experience building machine learning tooling and/or platforms
Good team communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Previous experience in ad-tech
Python, Golang
